On July 1, 2010 the organization was founded by three black men.  Scwatrick Brummell, Gregory White and Elbert Mitchell III.  This organization was created for the purpose for people of color to take an economic stand.  Each one of the men brought a unique vision to the organization.  Scwatrick brought the dream and purpose, Gregory oversees the methods with which we communicate with members and Elbert focuses on how the organization will give our young men and women a second chance.  Today we must begin to think outside of the box, which is why this organization is taking an unorthodox stand in the way we think and the way we conduct our business.  This organization is all about innovation and creation; that is the key today.  Innovation is new ideas and creation is to create and bring something new into existence. Our focus and attention are clearly on the things we can do something about.  Our primary goal is to have the ability to rebuild our communities while also establishing a solid foundation.  This organization is the best of the best and looking for the best of the best.   This organization is built on thinking good, healthy, positive, constructive and productive thoughts, with the determination to find the solution to the problem we face today.  We set priorities and we follow them.  There are possibilities in things that others never gave a chance.  We can accomplish anything we choose, and we refuse to let anything negative hold us back or stand in our way.  With every challenge we will meet them head on face to face today especially.  The organization knows what we want and we know how to get it, but we cannot do it alone.  It must be done together, we know that it’s all up to us and we know we can do it.  We got what it takes plenty of it and we know how to use it.  We must learn how to accept our failings and move past them as easily as we can accept the rewards for your victories.  The organization is not demanding perfection of you, but we expect the very best of what you can give.  The organization knows that greatness begins in the minds of the great.  We know that what you believe about yourself is what you will become so believe in the best for yourself.  Challenge, Conquer, Solution, and Win are words which you should live by daily.  “Challenges” are opportunities.  “Conquering them” is the inevitable outcome.  “Solutions” are the stepping stones to ones success and “Winning” should be your way of life.  The gravity of the problem we face today is unacceptable. The methods people of color used in the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s, may not work today.  We must not fall back into old time methods.  People of color have come too far and paid a high price for where we are today.  Together we can start finding the solutions to our problems, so we can move forward together.  We should not fear problems, we should solve them, we should not ignore problems, we should confront them, we should not avoid problems, we should conquer them.  Every problem holds within itself the keys to its own solution.  As time marches on things change, it comes so slowly that we accept it without even knowing it. The test of all generation is to be able to step up to the challenge of that time. There is no more happiness or respect in the world today, because we let the times, the music, the greed and fake take over.  With no respect to others, we say what we want, do what we want and even have our pants hanging low to show our disrespect to other.  We could do something for our country that few men or women ever get a chance at.  In just a year or two, you could provide the U.S.A with something that in historical terms might be compared with a military victory.  An economic projection, we believe that we could knock down walls that would go in to the history books as a revolution without bloodshed. That’s what makes a person keep on fighting when every card in the deck is stacked against them.  The circle of our people must be broken now.  Many communities are cursed with crime.  The goal should not be punishment of the criminals, but preventing the young from being trained toward committing crimes, and together we can stand tall.  To join you must be 17 and older.  And fill the Joint Venture Agreement form out on this website.
